The aim of this 3-month plan is to help you understand what shapes your identity and empower you to align your body, mind, and behavior for lasting wellness.
As a Spiritual Martial Artist, I prioritize understanding your personal story before moving into structured assessments and personalized wellness mapping. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that define your actions and build sustainable systems that support your goals.

Program Workflow
We’ll use results from your onboarding assessments (via Paperbell) and transfer them to Nudge, where we’ll analyze your behavior patterns to design customized sequences that match your lifestyle.
These sequences are then linked to Practice Better, ensuring you have access to the right programs, exercises, and accountability tools for achieving your body and behavioral goals.
This holistic process helps you progress through a behavioral weight and wellness program, ultimately developing self-efficacy and long-term balance — all at an affordable investment.
