Physical Wellness Coaching/Training Plan

My Physical Training is done through our coaching app on paper bell. You can sign up to receive coaching or to buy a workout plan that benefits you depending on your need or a nutrition plan. Learn how to properly Train. By working out and eating right while resting you can lose, gain, and even maintain a healthy weight by changing your eating habits to match your blood, body, and preference type. We will work on your physical wellness overall. Looking to help you change your eating habits, develop new exercise routines, and to have the ability to motivate yourself with poetry or shadow work whenever you start to feel your behavior leaning to not being aware of your physical health. We will track your eating, exercise, and sleep habits. We will take an assessment beforehand to identify your current baseline levels. 

Through creating a system that works for you to tackle chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and also mental blockages we can work together to achieve your physical wellness goals.

We will create recipes together, learn about detoxing, and how to eat according to who we are as people.
